Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Purchases and Licenses
By purchasing assessment licenses on our Service, you agree to the following conditions:

Validity: Purchased assessment licenses do not have an expiration date and remain valid for as long as Job Trail is operational.

Service Changes: Job Trail reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service. In the event of service termination, users will receive at least 90 days’ prior notice. During this period, licenses can still be used, or a proportional refund will be offered for unused licenses.

Product Evolution: In the event of fundamental product changes that affect core functionality, Job Trail will provide either a migration to the new version or a refund for unused licenses.

Fair Use: Licenses are intended for normal individual or professional use. Misuse, unauthorized resale, or attempts to manipulate the system may lead to immediate account suspension and blocking of licenses without a refund.
Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee
We offer a “Money Back Guarantee” to ensure customer satisfaction, as we stand behind the quality of our insights.

Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service. This guarantee applies to both unused licenses and licenses that have been used to complete an assessment and view the report.

Claim Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Fair Use & Abuse: To prevent abuse of this policy, Job Trail reserves the right to refuse a refund if a user consistently purchases and requests refunds for multiple assessments, or if there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

Bulk Purchases: For bundle purchases, refunds are calculated based on the unused portion. If the guarantee is invoked for a used license within a bundle, that license will be treated as a single purchase, and the remaining unused licenses will be refunded accordingly.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Job Trail and its licensors.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Job Trail uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate personalized career insights based on the input provided by users. The AI analysis is intended for informational and reflective purposes only. By using the Service, you understand and agree that:

The AI-generated insights are based solely on your own input and are not derived from prior users or external training data.

The Service does not create legally binding decisions or assessments.

You remain fully responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided by the Service.

The Service does not collect or infer sensitive personal data intentionally. Any such data that may be present is provided at the user’s discretion.

We reserve the right to improve the AI system in the future. However, we will not use your personal data for AI training without your explicit consent, nor will we deploy self-learning models without appropriate transparency and safeguards.

Job Trail has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Job Trail shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
